House hunting

So house hunting is a lot harder to be successful at than regular shoe shopping. It seems like houses we've seen and liked either sit on the market forever or get snatched up a lot quicker than we would like. Dal and Erin have spent a lot of time looking for houses in our price range and the location we want. We've decided that it's easier for me to commute since both of them work in SLC which I completely agree with. I'm going the opposite direction out to West Jordan from all the traffic and we really don't want to live west anyway. So far we've put offers on two houses-the first one was a bust because Salt Lake realtors aren't the best at communicating. "What we have here is a failure to communicate." The second offer was put in Saturday. All three of us like the house, location and price. It's a good family investment. I'm excited to be a full grown up and hope everything works out the way it's supposed to. I'm also excited to have summer BBQs. I heart the grill.:)
